Happiness is a dark & funny masterpiece by Todd Solondz. This film is definitely not for everyone! I think it  is one of the most brilliantly acted films of the 90's. The screenplay is clever & thought provoking. The subject matter is appalling, disturbing and depressing. However, the film transcends this into a darkly funny tale.
